Miriam Montessoro joined AGING FOCUSED in 2018. Miriam joined our team after 12 years of Professional Care Management experience with aging adults. Additionally, Miriam brought with her over 13 years of continuing care residential community experience, which included experience in admissions, marketing, social services, and administration. Miriam’s combined aging resource, service experience, and focus on person-centered care provides her with a unique perspective on client needs, family dynamics, and resource utilization. This experience and philosophy of care management equates to improved client satisfaction, enhanced outcomes, and increased quality of life for clients engaged in Aging Life Care Management through AGING FOCUSED.
Miriam has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, and she has furthered her studies in Gerontology at San Diego State University. Miriam holds the professional certification and maintains continuing education as a Care Manager-Certified. S he has been an active member of the Aging Life Care Association since 2007.

Dr. Rebecca Montano is an industry professional with over 25 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities as well as individuals who are experiencing the changes and challenges associated with aging. Dr. Montano has a Ph.D. in Human Services with an emphasis in Geriatrics, a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
